Toxic Agents in your Food

This may come as a bit of a shock to some of you but your food is toxic!  Okay, not all of it but a large percentage of the modern diet does nothing but slow the body down.  This doesn’t mean everything you’re eating is poison, it just means that certain foods take longer to digest and process (and eliminate) than others.  These heavy or “toxic” foods should be reduced overall but if that’s not possible, because you live on cheap fast food, it’s good for your body to periodically reduce the intake of these toxins so the liver and other detox organs can catch up, processing the stored toxins in your system.  When this happens, you feel better and have more energy because it’s not all being used by the body to break down animal carcass.  Look into a total cleanse of the body for increased energy and health.
