Why is it that we enjoy eating outside so much? Maybe it is the open sky, the nice weather or just the feeling of being free because you’re not surrounded by walls. Never the less it is something that most people truly enjoy and that is probably also why the wood burning cook stoves have become so well know, respected and loved by the outdoor cooking crowd.

Creating great food over burning wood will give a very special feeling and taste to the dish. Some people like it and some do not but when we’re talking about taste it is hard to every really agree on it since we’re all different people. But from what we see happening at the restaurants today it is certain that more guests will want their food prepared over burning wood.

If you’ve ever used a microwave, you know it doesn’t work just like a stove top, oven, toaster, etc.  It’s faster and simpler, but it just works differently.  You also know that there are just some things you can’t cook in the microwave.  That is why you choose to use the stove or oven instead.  For example, cooking eggs in the microwave never comes out right.  That is also why you probably mostly use the microwave for reheating leftovers, etc.
