Star Wars Legos Figures Has Become A Worldwide Phenomenon

If you were to have a sit down with any hardcore Lego enthusiast and even Star Wars movie fanatics, it is guaranteed that you will find some if not all the Star Wars Lego figures among their collection. Some Star Wars Lego enthusiasts claim that there are over 182 Star Wars Lego minifigs others say that there’s well over 200. The truth is something in between but there are more new minifigures added all the time.

It was the first release of the Lego Ultimate Collection that had Star Wars fans going crazy worldwide. It included a number of Star Wars products, such as the Lego X-wing fighter which was originally released in 1999 and was re-released once again in 2002. It was reported in Star Wars fan sites that in some cities fans waited in line overnight for the release of this original collection.

It didn’t take long for the Lego Star Wars Lego minifigures and their sets to become a worldwide phenomenon. Collectors from around the world began trading collecting and even selling the Star Wars Lego Collectibles and generating huge profits. Things escalated again in 2008 when Lego released the Death Star series. These Lego Star Wars sets were built to mini figure scale and it had an amazing resemblance to the one that was featured in the Star Wars movie.

The set I love the most would have to be the Lego Death Star set 10188. It had multiple decks showing scenes from the classic Star Wars IV movie and contained an array of characters. Each of the characters also came with moving parts and accessories of course. The Death Star was approximately 16 inches in height and about the same in width and had a massive total of 3803 pieces. The Death Star Lego set also came with 25 different mini figures and droids and included the exclusive figures of Skywalker and Hans Solo in complete storm trooper outfits.

If you are new to Star Wars Lego collectibles or just recently jumped on the Lego bandwagon – remember it’s never too late for you to start collecting your very own Star Wars Legos figures, and become a part of the sci-fi phenomenon. You won’t regret it.
