Here are a couple of productivity tips to help you get more done in less time.

* Don’t do thing that are unnecessary. These types of things would include checking your email way too often, taking way too long to prepare to do your tasks, and answering messages with novel length replies.

* If quality doesn’t really matter, don’t worry about it. Your goal is to produce not win awards. That being said, if quality does matter, produce work that you would be proud to put your name on.

* Learn to type faster. If you use the computer a lot, you should be able to type at the very least 30 wpm. Preferably, you should be able to type above 50 wpm. There are plenty of free type tutorials online. Spending 20 minutes a day improving your speed will increase your productivity many times over in the long run.

Rather than reading these productivity tips and thinking they’re interesting, go out and use them.
