Prepare your Heaters for the Winter

As we approach the end of the summer season and get ready for the fall, one of the things you should have on your list is to have your heater inspected before you turn it on in the winter.  Fall is the best time to do this since it is in most cases hat same technicians that work on air conditioners that will service your heaters also.  Air conditioner service will most likely extend into the fall season this year because of two underlying factors…the energy tax credit, and the freon phase out.

Air conditioning and heater technicians will be in high demand this fall installing new equipment for people wanting to take advantage of the $1500 energy tax credits which means that split systems that have integrated heaters and air conditioners will be replaced in their entirety.  Don’t get caught with your pants down.  Schedule an appointment with your service provider as soon as possible so that you will not be bumped by higher paying customers.
