The other big factor in determining the plastic surgery prices is the doctor that you go to. It all depends on if you go to a doctor who is board certified and if the clinic that he operates in is an accredited surgical site. The other somewhat smaller factors are OR time, tools, and if any follow ups are necessary. The OR time can be pretty expensive and will differ on doctor (OR time is booked on time, if it takes the doctor longer then it costs more).
