A Wine Tour through the Napa Valley usually consists of  you and a group of friends loading up into a tour bus or limo, cruising around the valley and stopping at wineries and restaurants.  These Napa wine tours last between a few hours and the entire day.  The best part about them, aside from the fact you don’t have to drive, is that wine tour companies have insight into which wineries has specials or events going on the day of your tour.  This can allow you to get in, or see things that the average Wine-tripper wouldn’t.  They can also secure restaurant reservations for you, or set you up with a picnic lunch in the middle of a vineyard (which is really cool!).  You can almost look at your driver like your personal concierge.
