I don’t usually tell people where I buy all my wonderful décor items from, as I like the feeling of having something exclusive that no one else has seen before, and can’t find without a lot of effort. I had to swallow my pride, however, when my mother in law came over for a visit.
It was great to see her salivating over my blinds, I bought them especially with her in mind, because they were the exact style that she told me she was looking for a few months ago. As nice as it was to see her surprised little screwed up face when she walked into the living room, that feeling of pleasure was quickly replaced with one of annoyance when she started bugging me to tell her where I’d found them. Finally I broke down and told her that I had got my venetian blinds online. Of course, now she wants me to show her the website, but I really want it to remain my little secret.
