Some women go through pregnancy without ever having morning sickness. If you’re not one of those lucky ones, how can you tell if you have morning sickness symptoms? It seems obvious, symptoms are being nauseous in the morning. However morning sickness doesn’t always happen in the morning, and how do you tell if you have “run of the mill” nausea or not? If you have morning sickness eating certain things can sometimes help you feel better. If you eat crackers or ginger ale and it helps then you could have morning sickness. Really though, does it matter what made you sick? You just want to feel better. If your nausea comes at the same time every day at happens on multiple days then it’s probably morning sickness, not plain old nausea.
