Living With Acne

If you’re spending a majority of your day washing your face and popping zits, you’re living with acne.  You certainly don’t have to do this, though.  There are lots of different ways to treat your acne, rather than living with it.  You could start by adjusting your diet to include way more fresh veggies, fruit, and nuts.  Swapping out the soda, coffee, and tea you drink with lots and lots of water will also help clear your face up.  If the diet change isn’t enough on its own, take a look at what your acne treatment does to your face.  If it leaves it dry or greasy, it’s probably not the right one for you.  The perfect acne treatment is one that cleanses your skin and leaves it feeling moisturized and supple.
