Many of the big 18 wheelers on the road now have led trailer lights installed to make the rear lights more visible. I think this is a great idea because you can see them from far away. It helps to know when they are breaking too.
Since I have a boat trailer and a utility trailer, I wanted to see if I could find these lights to replace my OEM lights. They were easy to find online, and the only difference was that the boat trailer lights were a little more expensive because they are waterproof sealed.
If you are handy with tools, the installation will be a breeze. Consider replacing your 4” tail light or 6” tail light with the new led trailer lights. You’ll be glad you did.
