Insomnia, can not sleep at night

I want to tell you the process why i cant sleep at night. Insomnia is a syndrome where people have subjective and objective problems with getting to sleep. They have the feeling the sleep not at all and are tired most of the day. Although they do get some sleep, they never get a good night rest. There are many reasons for Insomnia. Some of them are depression, drinking problems, stress, a primary sleeping problem, wrong sleep hygiene and a couple of more. Some of these reasons can be cured in a natural way. Others will need medication or counseling from a professional to overcome this disease. Whatever the reason is, you should always consult your physician first as he will say what to do. Also try to do some sleep hygiene to speed up the process.
