If you have excess body fat and need to lose weight, your aim should be to reduce your body fat percentage. And if you’ve been doing lots of exercises and your love handles don’t shrink any more or less, you should have another look at the type of exercises you are doing. Doing too much cardio won’t work and doing only ab exercises is also not productive for losing love handles. Because your aim is to lose body fat, you have to do exercises that burn body fat. Exercises that burn body fat include: weight training, circuit training and running. You should get about 5 workouts in a week to get the best results and you should be consistent in your training. But only exercising and not eating right, won’t get you love handle free. You have to watch what you eat and most importantly, how much you eat.I would advise you to stay away from fad diets like easy fast weight loss diets and liquid diets. But if you eat healthy and you exercise regularly, you wouldn’t have a problem.
