More and more celebrities are doing it and that usually leads to more and more average joes doing it. Everyone wants to look their best and the pressure has never been greater to look picture perfect. But getting a nose job is not a small decision and there are pros and cons of getting a nose job. The pros are obvious if everything works out correctly, you will finally have the nose you have always dreamed of. But the cons go along the lines of the risks. Nose surgery is not a perfect science and each nose seems to react differently. There is no guarantee that the surgeon can get the exact results that you want. And even if he does, it may not look they way you though it would and this can lead to more surgery and more surgery. Always trying to correct a problem and often a problem that was caused by the previous surgery. Weigh the pros and cons before you choose to go for a nose job.
