There are many fat burning diets out there that claim to help you lose weight while you eat anything and everything you want. Keep in mind that a lot of what you hear advertised is just a way get you to use their products. What you want to do is simply stick to the basics. For every 3000 calories you cut out a week from your diet, you will lose about a pound per week. So what you want to do is keep track of how many calories you consume for two weeks. You will want to do this during weeks where nothing special is happening that will cause you to eat more than normal such as a party or holiday. Once you figure out how many calories you consume per week, all you need to do is figure out a way to cut out 3000 of those calories.
