Exercise For Men Over 40

Imagine this. You’ve just got in from work and you are exhausted. You pull off your shoes and run your feet. Your back is aching where you have been stood up all day and your arms are tired from all the work. All you want to do is slob out in front of the TV and have a sleep. Could this be because you have had a hard day at work or is it simply because you are getting older and not getting enough exercise for men over 40?? Well that is no excuse! You need to give yourself an energy boost by working out and what better way than to do some weight lifting!

You may be thinking you can’t do weight lifting, I barely have the energy to lift the TV remoteĀ. Well this is because your body is used to staying stagnant. If you don’t exercise every week, then your body will become used to the laziness and will expect it from you. By exercising, you can push your body into action and give yourself more energy throughout the day too. Pumping some weights is a great way to get the blood circulating around your body and making sure that all of your organs are working correctly. It will also ensure that all the right nutrients are getting to your body parts too. Weight training will not only get your muscles working but also your heart.

Most women decide to take up strength building because they want to keep losing belly fat for women. This works by working off the excess fat on top of your abs first by burning up extra calories and then defining the muscles (your abs) underneath giving you a toned and slim waist. What more could a girl ask for than a sexy body?
