Nothing beats the feeling of passing your driving test and being legally entitled to drive around the open highways in your own car. Its something that many young people spend years dreaming bout as they approach the legal driving age. The only problem is that when we eventually pass our test and buy a car with our hard earned cash we find out that the insurance is going to cost us as much as the vehicle.
