With politicians raising and spending our money like crazy and the economy in the crapper, many people are beginning to read every survivalist blog they come across to learn some basic survival skills in case the worse comes home to roost. Many are starting with the basics like buying food in bulk and food with long storage life like freeze dried foods. Others are concerned with the security of their homes and families. These people are studying self defense in case they have to use it. Others are purchasing remote plots of land and planning on retreating there should the crap hit the fan. Whatever you decide to do, the time to do it is now. If the worse does come to pass, it will be too late to start!
